Your free intro lesson is a single 1-on-1 session, and it's the easiest way to see if Seung-ri is the right fit for you or your child. You'll spend 30 minutes one-on-one with a senior instructor - no group class to hide in, no awkward intro, no commitment to sign up. We walk you through the academy, talk through your goals, get you (or your child) on the mats for a real taste of training, and recommend the program that actually fits. Bring comfortable clothes, that's it.
